From your company's web site I learned about your need for a Media Specialist for the New York, Maryland, and Florida areas. I am very interested in this position with Johnson Media, and believe that my education and employment background are appropriate for the position.

While working toward my master's degree, I was employed as a Media Specialist with a small television broadcasting firm.  I maintained Control Room equipment necessary to assure the ability to cablecast live and simultaneously record for delayed cablecast meetings of local events.  I was also responsible to shoot and edit video/audio necessary to support production of City Vision and other locally produced programming. I have a strong academic background in marketing, and think that I could apply my combination of knowledge and experience to the media industry. I will complete my master's degree in marketing in mid-May and will be available to begin employment in early June.
